Ok...so as most of you know on Valentines day I will be about 1 week and 6 days post op.  On week 3 I am allowed to have pureed foods, eggs, pintos n cheese.....etc.  Do you know what type of restaurant I can go to and eat with my boyfriend without having to bring it home and blend it?

Anything you ladies can offer would be sooooo very appreciated!

Thanks!!

I would think a little cheese sauce might be OK....just not the rice or tortillas, chips, etc. I remember at 2 wks I had Taco Bell beans and cheese. Just be careful about the quantity!!

IHOP...that is always a good choice for me.  I love eggs benedict (don''t eat those yet), but you could have scrambled eggs with cheese or something like that.  Not too romantic, but probably good.  Also, if you wanted to go to a "nice" restaurant, you could probably do a cream of spinich, or cream of something soup and maybe thin mashed potatoes.

I would just opt for a good Mexican restaurant and eat refried beans with cheese.
He can also get cheese dip and you can pour some on your beans! :-)
A romantic night at home is always good too.. some good music, soft candlelight!
A good movie!!

Enjoy yourself!!
Thanks for all the texts. I am so glad you are doing well.
