I had a nice visit with Karla this afternoon then I came home and cooked homemade spaghetti with fresh made  very VERY lean pork sausage.  It was divine.  Kyle even ate 3 platefuls.  It was awesome and I served it with fresh grated parmaesan cheese . YUMMY!

What'd you have for dinner???

I fixed a chef salad. Sounded really good, but didn't hit the spot like I thought it would. The purple onions I had in it were actually HOT....not mild at all. So....I ate but it wasn't the greatest!! Your spaghetti sounds good!

I fixed beef stew in my bean pot in the oven yesterday, so tonight it was left overs. A couple peices of meat and about 3 bites of the potatoes. Not much.

I haven't had beef stew in over a year.  Sounds good to me.  Yum!

You need to order you one of these bean pots. I have used mine at least twice a week since I got it.

Paul took me to Mexican for early b'day dinner.  It was great.  I had a taco Ranchero.  I love those things.

Good morning my friend.  Hope you have a great Tuesday.

We had leftover baked chicken.  Too tired to cook.  LOL

Your sgetti sounds good.  May have to make some.  Allison is wanting some home made shrimp fettitchini (spelling).  May make that tonight.

We had field peas with jalapeno peppers in them, mashed potatoes, okra, salmon patties and biscuits. Not too healthy but it was meal at least. I loved the peas with hot peppers & salmon patties. Since surgery I LOVE jalapeno peppers on almost everything!! Not much protein, but sure was good!!
