All your talk about Top Of the River had me wanting to go there yesterday. Of course, from Huntsville, I am only about 45 minutes or less to the one in Guntersville, so a friend and I head off over there
for lunch....THEY DON'T OPEN ON SATURDAY UNTIL 4:00 pm.

Oh well...Kentucky Fried Chicken served as a poor substitute for what I was really wanting...but after all, it was a nice day for a drive! Lake Guntersville
was looking nice!

Yep...they have strange hours.  Love me some cornbread and slaw and pickled onions.  I could make a meal on those alone.  Just come on down to Gadsden and eat with us on the 28th.

I can eat that cornbread, but the slaw and pickled onions--well, we will save that for you.

You can count me in for the February 28th lunch or
dinner or whatever it is. I am guessing that is on a Saturday? It is about time I took a Saturday off work and had a day of fun.
