bloody....(this is a gross question)

I agree with everyone.  Go to the ER.  When I had my surgery, I was in such severe pain and having continuous diarrhea and my doctor was a complete ass.  I ended up having to go back into the hospital for a few days the following week and if the doctor had LISTENED to me in the first place, this would not have happened.

Dr. Facundus is working for YOU.  You are not working for HIM.  What is happening with you is NOT normal and if he says anything, tell him that you were advised by several people here on OH to go to the ER and if he has a problem with that, we will all write letters to the hospital, the boards of whatever and whoever will listen.  He has no right to tell you you shouldn't be in the ER.  That's not his call.  You know your body and if something is wrong and you need emergency care, it is not for him to say you shouldn't be there.  Dang, that makes me so mad.

so i called the hosp and talked to donna today and she says that blood after surgery can be normal, but i should call dr facundus anyway,  i told her that it is dark red and i have gone like 8 times since yesterday.  i dont feel bad or anything, nothing more than normal pain....

 

thanks for all the thoughts and prayers.  i am not happy with myself for this surgery right now.

 

Something just tells me this isn't normal!  I had Dr. Facundus and his lack of bedside manner is legendary.  Please stay on top of this!
