HUGS to you!! I  promise..it will get better. It just takes time.
Walking and  sipping are the 2 best things you can do!!

A casual stroll through the lunatic asylum shows that faith does not prove anything.

I'm so sorry you're having this problem!  I did use the sublingual Gas-Ex and it seemed to help (along with the walking and sipping).

Hey Marla....

I have to say the gas pain was the worse the first week after surgery.  I really haven't had any problems with gas since then.  I walked to get rid of it.  Find something to bite when you hurt....and make yourself walk.  I know it's painful....but trust me...MOVING AROUND helps the gas move and absorb faster!  the more you walk....the less you will have to deal with this on a consistent basis! 

It's going to be really hard to get in all the liquids...so don't freak out.  just take ONE DAY AT A TIME, and try to get in what you can.
