I love banana nut bread...I don't get to enjoy it near enough.  I don't ever make it cuz noone else in my house will eat it.  (I reckon I could take it to work...they will eat anything...LOL).  It sounds yummy. 

It's actually nice outside today down here in the southern part of the state.  It's not cold for a change.  But then we are expecting rain tonight and tomorrow, then cold weather again.  Just have to enjoy it while I can.

Hey there Sandi.  The banana nut bread was really really good and moist too.  I rarely make it either, but my family will eat it sometimes.  I make it with splenda.  It just doesn't brown like sugar so it's very easy to over cook it.  I've learned from many times how to cook it just right now.
