Hi Julie.  No, I am not planning the Oak Mountain trip.  I hope I get to go.  I hope it is the Saturday before my spring break again like last year.  It would be perfect for me.
Tell me about the new job.  How many hours do you work and how is it????

I am working 35 hours right now but will bump down after training to about 25 to 30 depending on week to week how my schedule runs.
Right now I am doing a conference call bridge (just like obesity help does there training calls) and a virtual classroom. You can raise your hand - and he will make sure your not sleeping too because sometimes he calls names randomly. I'm learning all about the software used to help DirecTv customers. I will be handling BGI calls (Billing and General inquires) but don't call me if you have tech issues or your service is cut off I can't help ya! lol
So far it seems really easy to navigate and I have 6 exams I have to pass before I go live on my own. So pray for me!!
I like it - cause I can wear my jammies if I want- but I don't YET (except one time I had a migraine****ep my blinds open so I can see my pretty view. And I can have all the coffee I want! ROFL!!
They are still hiring more for the ACE level which is more credit and billing issues and abit more training than I have to go through. They will have training next month for that. So if someone is looking I know where they can apply.

Can you work at night and weekends?

Yes you can.
But I think the hours are logging in at 5pm and working to midnight.
