china pepper steak

1 pounds Round steak
2 eaches Green pepper, sliced
2 eaches Tomatoes, quartered
4 eaches Onions, chopped
4 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 cup Bean sprout
¼ cup Butter
½ teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Cornstarch
1 each Garlic, clove minced
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Water

Slice steak thinly in short cross- wise pieces. Heat butter in skillet and add garlic, salt and pepper. Add beef and brown on both sides. Add soy sauce and sugar; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add rinsed sprouts, tomatoes and green peppers; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Dissolve corn starch in water and stir in. Stir until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with onions and serve on rice.


Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.
