Great photos from  your walk!  Our support group did the Walk From Obesity in Pensacola, Florida.  WooHoo!   We had a great time, got bone density tests done, stroke screening and they tested our cholesterol (we will get the results in the mail).  They also gave away LOTS of freebies.  From great door prizes to protein snacks and cereals.  Cynthia from our support group won the grand prize which was a plane ride tour over Pensacola.  WOW!  Everyone in our group won something which was nice.  Julie C.'s son won a $25 Amazon.com gift certificate, another great prize!  We wore yellow ribbons with Donna's name on them and were walking in her honor.

We made lots of contacts and exchanged information with some key people and are looking forward to participating in next year's walk.

Thank you Stephanie, I really am sorry that I couldn't come to either event.  I really wanted to, but my arthritis is really bad and has been for several weeks.  It is getting better.  Thank you for all the things you do.
