Looking for tiny sugar free multivitamin

I'm 9 days post-op VSG and can not handle the liquid vitamin or Celebrate chewables that I bought pre-op. I'm allowed to take any pills smaller than an m&m. Has anyone found a tiny multivitamin without sugar or sugar alcohols? Has anyone found a creative way to take Celebrate chewables that didn't make you feel sick? Thank you!

To clarify, I'm searching for a small pill not a chewable.

"Tiny" and "chewable vitamin" are mutually exclusive I'm afraid. I use the Opti-Source bariatric chewable vitamins. I dislike them, but I disliked the Celebrate ones too. I actually crush them to a powder, spoon the powder onto my tongue and take a drink of water to wa**** down. I find I don't taste it as much and the taste doesn't linger like it does when you chew them and they get in your teeth and mouth crevices.

Sadly, this does not exist. However! Another user here had issues with vites and she would crush hers up in greek yogurt as a daily treat. So that might work for you?

So far, I've found these. You have to take 6 pills a day, but that's better than choking down a chewable to me I think. Anybody take these?

It's very odd that this vitamin doesn't list the percentages of the ingredients.

6 of these only has 15 gms of calcium from algae so you will be way low on what is recommended for calcium.

ProCare Health Once Daily Bariatric Multivitamins. They're big, but they're a clear capsule. You can open the capsule and stir the powder into something like yogurt or whatever. It doesn't taste good, but beats the heck out of chewables, and one spoonful you're done!

What about using a pill splitter and taking Centrum vitamins? If you are allowed to take Citrical Petites (I was), a split Centrum would be about the same size. Be sure to check with your nut to make sure how many you should take in order to get what you need.

You might consider vitamin patches instead. I use the ones made by PatchMD. Search for "patchMD" on this forum and you'll probably find a bit of info. Regular vitamins make me so nauseous these days, so I decided to try them. It's just a small (1"x1"-ish) patch that you put on your skin. I haven't had my annual physical and bloodwork yet to confirm whether or not they are sufficient, but I'm hopeful. PatchMD has discount codes usually, so look for that if you order (there used to be a code for this site, but not sure if that's still around).

Rainbow Light also makes multi-vitamins called "mini-tablets" so that's something else you could look into.

Good luck! :)

Results that people have posted for the forums with the patches are VERY variable. Some people do well, some don't. So be careful and vigilant.
