Happy Tuesday! I'm about to go out and run - it's in the 60s today so it's shorts and t-shirt weather! Then I'll head over to school and spend the rest of the day there. I've got class around noon and then I'm participating in a survey thing in the evening, so it makes sense to just hang out and work in the library all day in between. For the survey thing I get to call people for 3 hours to ask them questions - I assume I'll get hung up on a lot. But, hey, extra credit for one of my classes! And the college gives us free pizza.. which I haven't had interest in eating since surgery. So "yay."

1: protein shake
2: tofu!!! (My store FINALLY had the preseasoned baked tofu in stock again. It's been months.)
3: protein bar if I need to eat before I get home, otherwise leftover stroganoff

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: running and yoga stretching

I love the pre-seasoned baked tofu. I sprinkle with sesame seeds, put a dollop of wasabi on it and drizzle with soy sauce!

Worked out with my trainer last night. It was fun, and HARD. Not so sore this morning but he told me I will be tomorrow. I see him again on Thursday. I was happy when I got on the scale for him last night fully clothed, with shoes at the end of the day and was (barely) under 190. The last time I had weight loss I couldn't get on a doctors scale (or anyone's beside my own and see myself under 200).

Today I'm going out for a celebration lunch with co-workers. It's Taco Tuesday so lunch will reflect that!

L: Shredded Chicken, shredded cheese & sour cream (plus hot sauce!)

D: Ribs

S: Sykr Yogurt and Jerky

E: Rest day, back at cardio tomorrow

I'm back from vacation and slipping back into my routine. It's crazy to go away fro a week, eat really just based on what I want and come back without gaining weight. :)

Yesterday, my trainer told me to slow down a bit so I won't run into burn out. Considering I went from three hours or less a week, to six to 15 hours a week on the 12th of March, I think he has a bit of a point. He always asks me how I'm feeling at the beginning of my session. Yesterday I told him I'm exhausted.

Today, I have no big plans. I have to go buy dog food. And I want to FINALLY pick up the remainder of the ingredients for Crack Chicken. I might go to the gym for a half an hour.

Yesterdays #'s: Calories-954, Fat-28.2g, Fiber-4.1g, Carbs-35.5g, Sodium-1749.1mg, Protein-134.2g, Water-72.1 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 15% from carbs, 27% from fat and 58% from protein.

AM/B: SF Peppermint Latte w/ON white chocolate protein

It's a rainy day here in Michigan. They are talking about snow on Thursday, I hope they are wrong.

Cold and rainy here today too. It actually snowed a few times yesterday! Picking up groceries today, going to look for the baked tofu, I've never had it.
