It's April. I've been dreading this month. I didn't know it at the time, but a year ago today was the beginning of the end with my dad. I predict the next two weeks or so are going to suck for me. But, life still must go on. I have my first appointment for Vyvanse with a psychiatrist this morning. Here's hoping everything goes well. As a result of having to run after this appointment instead of before, my meals are a bit weird.

1: protein bar before appointment
2: protein shake after run
3: Moroccan spiced lamb shoulder, bell pepper couscous for the guys (recipes from the Ming Tsai cookbook)

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: running and yoga stretching

Hope you all have a great day and avoid getting tricked!

Working hard on liquids. I got to 130 oz yesterday. Hoping that is better for my kidneys. Considering I gained 3 pounds, I think I was pretty dehydrated on 64 oz.

B - protein shake and coffee

L - sashimi

D - meatloaf or leftover chicken chili

I would be willing to bet it was just temporary. Be gentle with yourself!

Since my mom's birthday would have been Thursday I took my son to go visit my grandmother today (mom's mom). I know it's difficult for her. Especially now that she is all alone..my grandfather (mom's dad) passed away 2 months after my mom. He had been sick for awhile, but losing my mom, he just kind of gave up. Living in the south and going to grandma's usually would be a menu disaster, but she knows about the changes I've made and she did her best to have some sleeve friendly options.

B coffee and premier shake

L Grandma had enough food for an army as usual, but I chose baked ham, a deviled egg half, and a bite of fresh green beans.

D meeting my in laws at the Mexican restaurant..I will have super pollo..which is chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms and spinach, topped with cheese and red sauce. It comes with refried beans, my son will eat the rice with his taco. and there will be leftovers for tomorrow!

Vitamins in, water good. not much exercise today.

Busy, busy day. I met with my trainer for the first time last night and I like him. I have a feeling he doesn't totally get the whole "yes, really 700 calories per day" thing. But, he didn't pu**** I will see him again Monday and Thursday. I'm not terribly sore today. I had an event today and had to lug my inventory (600lbs of it!). So I got a good work out in loading that!

B: Ricotta Pancake, 1oz sausage patty & SF Syrup

L: 2oz coconut shrimp (pan seared, not deep fried)

D: 2oz Sage Breakfast Sausage & 1/4 cup tomato sauce

S: Premier Protein w/ Decaf Coffee

Running short on protein, so I might need to add in another snack if stay awake long enough.
