Today is my 4 week mark! 34.8 total lost (17 before surgery, 17.8 since and an 8 day stall).

The weather is beautiful after last night's storm, but the pollen is no joke! Trying to be outside more in spite of it.

D Headed to the grocery store when I pick up my son from school, so depends on what kinds of yummy proteins I end up with.

I have been finding lots of tasty looking low carb recipes and feeling creative so who knows what's coming outta my kitchen this week.My family doesn't mind being guinea pigs lol.

Water on track. Vitamins done. Walking today.

Hey everyone! Happy Hump Day....seems to be slow going here. That's probably because I am looking forward to the weekend so much . Think we are going to finally go see The Shack on Saturday and out to dinner. Sunday will be my rescue group, TARA's, adoption event at a new PetCo they are opening in Liberty, MO. Whoohoo on hopefully finding some great homes for our doggies and kitties up for adoption. :)

B: Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Mixed berry greek yogurt

S: 1 oz turkey summer sausage, 1 oz mozz string cheese

L: WW Smart Ones - Chicken Santa Fe - pretty tasty actually

D: 1/2 c. spaghetti squash, 1/2 c. spinach and parm marinara, 3 oz. meatballs

S: if needed, 1/3. c light ricotta with a dash of cinnamon and truvia
