Whatca Eating Today Post Question

I've been eating like a regular carnivore for a while. I need to add more vegetables, but generally I am eating about 6 oz by volume of meat, cheese, and nuts. I will usually drink a protein shake right after the gym.  I am aiming for 100 grams or more of protein a day right now. 

Today I made my famous (haha) Ring of Fire chili for dinner. I make a big vat of the stuff and it makes for easy meals for a week or more.

I'm going to make some more chili this weekend if I'm not insanely busy.

Totally depends! I eat about 6-8oz at a meal, but still prioritize protein and veggies. Losing hasn't stalled. :)

The quantity of what you eat will depend on how far out you are & how dense is the protein. At almost 2 yrs, my meals are usually 4-6 oz.  I weigh out 3 oz of protein & then either 3 oz of a veg (low-no carb) or 3 oz of a combination of a veg and grain. The protein I always finish, but not necessarily all of the rest.
