If you don't start regular food until the 25th, why are you eating chicken now?

Chicken is one of the harder proteins to eat, for it fills you up so fast...especially breast meat.  Opt for thighs and legs instead, and slow roasting to start.  If you're trying to lessen your dependency on protein drinks, try some cheese instead.  Ricotta is very versatile, and has 7g in just 1/4 cup.

You might do better with greek yogurt and scrambled eggs instead of the beans which are carby.  Also, try poaching a chicken breast and then grinding it up in a food processor. Keep that cooked ground chicken and put a couple of spoons of it into some warm chicken broth. Goes down way easier. gl.  Tuna is softer than chicken too.    diane s
