It has been a long time since I have been around the message boards. I have so much energy and confidance I hate being at home. I picked up a second job to help unload some of this extra energy i'm not sure what to do with.

I'm at 224 from 398lb in Oct. 2010. I haven't lost any weight in a about a month, but I'm still losing inches and that is still so awesome to me.

I have a few new pictures to post, I want this to be short and sweet. I have no huge words of wisdom, other then VSG is the way to go! I have never been happier in my life! I spread the word about my surgery and tell anyone whl will listen how an amzing journey it has been so far.
