Today may be one of those days. Work and City Council meeting tonight. Fun. Fun.
Scales on the upper end of tolerances and did manage to walk last night so that part of life is good.

Good Monday Everyone,
Guess lots of people are tired today due to the long holiday weekend. Holiday's are always something to be grateful for. Today I am grateful that I woke up, that I am healthy, still maintaining over a 100 lb. weight loss after going on 9 yrs. post op WLS. Grateful for my family, friends, life, my faith in God and for his answered prayers. Grateful for Obesity Help that has been such a huge part of my life for over 9 yrs now. Grateful for all the physical things that I can do since my WLS, grateful for all the different forums here and all the amazing people giving help and advice to others in need. Grateful for everything in my life right now. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today and have a blessed day !!!

Had a good 4th...family, food and fireworks, don't get much better than that.
Work, cooking dinner and watching bachelorette are my plans for the day.
Food part of 4th showed up on scales this morning, slightly over my goal range.

At Goal - maintaining between 115 - 119
Hopefully everyone had a decent Fourth. Had to work that evening but other than playing with a few cars and one hallucinating senior citizen nothing to it. One of the pleasures to working a holiday like the 4th is riding around smelling all the grilling/bar-b-queing going on. Can't eat bar-b-que in the quantities that I used to but I still enjoy the aroma of it cooking. 
Work and try to catch some contraption time this afternoon. Did yard over weekend for the exercise but I have obligations Tuesday and Wednesday that will interfere with getting on the thing those afternoons. Granddaughters here after that.
Go do your thing and keep the water handy!!
Happy 4th of July Everyone,
Hope everyone is ready for the fireworks tonight and have a amazing day planned. LOL I have NO plans at all except maybe to go to the movies with my hubby. We ALL have so much in our lives everyday to be grateful for. Today I am grateful for our Independence. Grateful for my WLS, maintenance, our weather although I know it will be hot today it's OK....I have no plans to be out in the heat. Grateful for OH and all the fantastic people on these forums and grateful for my life and health. Have a blessed and safe 4th and PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today.

Work was crazy yesterday.. computer was down for 3hrs before IT was able to get back up and going. Then all he## broke loose yesterday afternoon! phone just wouldn't slow down. ended up staying extra hr last night, just so I wouldn't be behind today. This morning is better, moving along, but not crazy. I have to work tomorrow-down side of Retail!! No plans as of yet for fireworks... meeting up with a friend tonight after work for dinner. Hope everyone has a wonderful day & 4th...
