Today's plan: lots of liquids...don't feel my best...think I have a bladder/uti infection for some odd reason...trying to get in doc appt. if I can today. Ham lunch meat and leftover layered salad for lunch, oriental chicken salad and cabbage and some pecans for dinner & snack.

I hope you get to feeling better Karla.
I did okay yesterday with the exception of three bites of Blue Bell banana pudding ice cream. But that in itself was a victory because I usually have 3-4 heaping scoops. I did not get my "plain" water in and we all know that this is the norm for me. This is one of the things that I am really going to target through the end of this month no matter how much it gags me. My PS surgeon was so proud of me again on yesterday. I have lost a total of 13 pounds since July 2nd.
Today’s plan:
B-warming up the band with coffee
L-eggs and cheese
D-IDK, my BF is cooking for me
Water-64 ounces
Exercise-walk a minimum of 2 miles

Hey Stephanie! It's a mental thing for me to try to drink plain water and I really want to drink more plain water just to see if there will be a difference in my weight loss. I must admit that using crystal light makes it easier but it still will gag me early in the morning. What's funny is I can down a diet soda in a New York minute, no problems whatsoever. I guess it is the carbonation kick that I enjoy from that. Thanks again and I am happy to make y'all proud!
karla, you take care. I know the uckies are going around. If you ignore it then it gets much worse.
Well, the scale binged down .2 again. lord at this rate I might be at goal at Christmas. BUT if it does I would be thrilled.
Did well, as planned. I am lucky in that I have to eat what I bring to work or I am SOL. Just no time to get stuff.
Dinner was open face sandwich thin with ham, turkey, pickle tomato and cheese and it did me in. I have not dumped like that in ages. I eat that almost every day at lunch, but last night I kicked back.
I am getting in sufficien****er but I really want to push more. Get so busy talking with clients at work, I don't refill. I also have decided I need to go out and walk. Course maybe THAT'S why it's been raining!

my eating today is aceptable to me - I had homemade sour dough bread with butter, egg, cheese, saug and a peice of left over porkchop - I did NOT have any of the evil KK on my counter so buttered bread while normally not a great choice for me is all good today LOL
not sure for lunch - steak and pot salad for dinner - I will skip the tator salad but am planning to enjoy the brioled steak
got a small walk in already and will do more latter

Yesterday was another good day. I already posted on the train about my dessert but I'll repeat it here. I made a pineapple/coconut protein drink that was awesome. I used one scoop vanilla protein powder, fresh pineapple (1.5 spears), 4 oz plain yogurt, 1 oz of SF coconut syrup and about an oz of pineapple juice. I threw some ice in and blended it and froze it. What wonderful ice cream it made. I had a chocolate/strawberry one in the freezer too so I took 1/2 of each and made myself a "bowl of ice cream".
Anyway, weight is back down. I'm down right about 5 lbs since we started. Another 5 and these size 6 jeans I'm wearing would fit better, lol!!
Plan for today
Breakfast: double fiber whole wheat english muffin/peanut butter
Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich, fruit
Dinner: leftover pork roast, salad and a dab of mashed potatoes/gravy.

D - We're going to the pizza place again wth friends so DH and I will have a salad and then split an appetizer platter. It has meatballs, pepperoni, cheese cubes, pepperocinis and garlic toast.
S - Chocolate Ricotta Mousse
