Awe...I hope your mom feels better today.  Demand only the finest quality in pain relieving narcotics!  You can pull some strings can't you? I went home after Dr. Bours, changed into my jammies, and was asleep by 9pm!  I slept like a baby.  I feel much more energetic today, but my entire A$$ hurts.  I am very conscious of my behind today.  I guess I worked the entire thing, I didn't realize I had all those muscles there! Check up on us!  We miss you when you are gone!

Good Morning Melissa! I am so glad to read your Mom's surgery was a success.  Hopefully, she'll make it through these first few rough days, and go on to run around many more years with her beautiful grandkids!  MY mother ... arrrghhhhh!!!    She's 76 in human years ... 128 in "Frances Years".  She refuses to do ONE thing that she has not been asked to do by the physical therapist.  She's quite content to sit in her recliner (power lift chair, of course) and wait for her servant (guess who?) to see to her every need.  She's still using a walker right now ... but yesterday her therapist started her using a cane!!!  YIPPEEEE ... I can see my freedom in the very near future!  Hopefully by the end of this week, she will be using a cane all the time ... and I will be released from my jail!  (I've been totally identifying with Paris, y'all.  "My punishment isn't  FAIIIIR!"     LOLOL!)     I can't even tell  you how much your phone call meant to me last week, Melissa ... it was wonderful to hear from you!  And Patti, I got your voice mail ... so sorry I missed saying Hi to you yesterday.  Pam and Deidre, I got your sweet messages too ... I'll be in touch as soon as it doesn't take half the damn day to do so!  I miss everybody here ... and can't wait to see you all again soon.

Good morning!! Melissa, I will pray for your mother.  Those nights in the hospital are MISERABLE!! I am praying for you and your family-try to get some rest!!  Dawn,  I am sorry it has been rough!!  I have been praying for you and your family too!  Atleast there is light at the end of the tunnel!!
