WAKE UP!!!!!!!

What are guys doing out there?  WORKING or something?:

Ok here's my day... Bfast: banana, breakfast burrito (small tortilla, cheese, 1/4 c. egg beaters, salsa) Snack: WC oatmeal Lunch: sliced turkey rolled w/ cheese, soy snacks Snack: Protien shake Dinner:  Well, I took chicken breasts out of the freezer, so I know that much  Water: EXCELLENT! Vitamins: 1/2 in Exercise:  gonna try to do some step at home, we'll see :chair:

Breakfast.....protein shake snack....several bites of cupcake ( my sister sent Samantha a basket of cookies and cupcakes from Strossner's as a get well)  I will kill her the next time I see her!!!!!

lunch....eggs and grits  ( I am screwed up today) snack...protein bar....   I must confess I have had a few bites of other junk...like a bite of mac and cheese   ( didn't want it to be too hot for Samantha) 2 pizza rolls ( no excuse really, they were just there) dinner....chicken something.  It is thawing out on the counter.  I just don't know what to do with it.... any suggestions? water.....ok vits...2/4 exercise...nada

If you figure out something to do with your chicken, let me know.  I need to figure out something to do with my chicken.  I really don;t want to grill, but I think I may have to...

YES!!!! bfast: toast & coffee snack: nope lunch: jambalya snack: handful of popcorn dinner: nothin... im so tired m going straight to BED!!  Water: nope vitamins: nope exercise: r u kidding me???

I can't talk about it today... I am expecting "Aunt Flo" to visit any day and  she makes me eat things that make me ashamed.   I will do better tomorrow.... I will take this time to tell everyone "Hello".  Hope everyone is doing well. Love you all, Pam

crab omelette breakfast lobster for snack shrimp for lunch some more crab for snack FRESH lobster tonight for dinner maybe a crab cake for dinner exercise----is playing on the beach exercise?? water----plenty of it at the ocean vitamins--of course wishing you were here.................hehehe

Ok..not cool to rub in the FRESH seafood... I love it, but ummm I have to have a bathroom near if I do it now.

I did terrible today

Breakfast: Missed it related to test anxiety
Midmorning: 2 slices of cheese and saltines and profect
Lunch: was taking the exam until 3 30
Midafternoon: 2 more slices of cheese and saltines with 10 oz of fluid
Dinner: Plan on having the steak recipie from class and grilled asperigus
Evening meal: will most likely have anothe bit of steak and a fruit

Vitamins: Done for today
Exercise: Walked 1 1/2
Fluid Intake :Poor they would not let us have anything to drink inside the test room

This is  a good thing.....makes me acountable for the day. Thanks. Hope you all have a good night! Bfast :protein shake with alittle fresh pineapple Lunch : half cup oatmeal with 2 spoons of peanut butter & half cup low carb milk snack: 1 sugar free peppermint /chocolate candy supper: 1 cup of chili snack: half cup sweet potatoe with cinn. and splenda water: some maybe 40 oz. vitamins: yes excerise: water aerobics, walked 1.5 miles
