I didn't puree anything.  I ate alot of won-ton-soup with out the won-tons (warm broth made my tummy feel good)  Taco Bell and their refried beans, grits, french onion soup, tomato soup, soft vianna sausage, Wendy's chili, baked potatos, oh and did I say won-ton-soup.  I ate that several times a day for 4 weeks.  If it could slide down without much help, that worked for me. PS:  I saw the post for chili (which I mostly cook when it is cold), and that struck a cord....guess what I made for supper...you got it chili.  Thanks. Deb

I had Wendy's Chili in the processer.  I wasn't getting much in b/c it was all gross to me.  Michele said to make your own chili but when you didn't plan that is a quick thing.  I know now why Bill Cosby makes that face when he eats the pudding (commercials).  That was the way I ate the chili the 1st time, LOL.  I hope Joel is doing ok, I haven't seen an update on him.  God Bless

I had trouble with the pureed as well, because of the yucky texture.

I ate a lot of chicken salaid blended...pears or what ever fruit in cottage cheese. Then took in more of the full liquid stuff. That was my hardest diet, besides just getting in the protein.
