If you can put it in a blender and it is on the list, you can eat it! Lets see if I can remember what i ate tuna salad chicken salad eggs with a little salsa (juice only) for flavor YUM...I actually still, at over a year out, mash up my eggs...weird huh? FAT FREE refried beans w/ cheese cottage cheese and of course, i still did all the full liquid stuff like SF puddings and cream soups

RECIPE?!?!?! HAH! Okay HERE GOES! First you drive to the gorcery store. Then you go to the chili isle. Then you look for HORMEL TURKEY CHILI 98% FAT FREE NO BEANS. Then you buy it and take it home... Sorry, I;m not a gourmet, but when you get to the pureed stuff, this TASTES like gourmet! LOL!

I got some Progresso Soups and Campbell Chunky Soups, then blended them really well.  I felt like I was getting a little more variety and had more choices. Hope this helps. Julie

Hey Deidre! Lets see.....egg salad...tuna salad.....tons of turkey chili.....cottage cheese....sometimes I would add marinara sauce and mozzeralla cheese ( lasagna without the noodle).   I also make a chicken pot pie a lot and I would take the inside of the pie ( chicken and veggies)  and blend it up.   Hope this helps!! Melissa
