Welllllll, today is weird. I think I am having mental issues...
but what else is new?
Bfast: eggs
Snack: SF Vannilla skinny latte
Lunch: FRIED shrimp
Snack: Jello
Dinner: don't know yet
Water: great
Vitamins: 1/2 in
Exercise: nope, maybe later...

YOU'RE DOING FINE SO FAR, MS KATHY ... "FRIED" IS NOT OUR ENEMY (unless that's ALL you eat). OUR BODIES NEED QUALITY OILS & SINCE WE CAN ONLY EAT A FEW SHRIMP AT A TIME, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH HAVING A "FRIED" ITEM NOW & THEN.
REMEMBER, FATS DON'T MAKE US FAT AS MUCH AS SUGAR & WHITE CARBS (which turn into sugar in your blood stream) MAKE US FAT. SOUNDS BACKWARDS, BUT IT'S NOT.

I WISH YOU COULD HAVE GONE TO THE MUSC MEETING WITH ME TODAY ... IT WAS ON WAYS TO STAY FOCUSED LONG-TERM ON OUR GOALS & THE DOCs TALKED ABOUT WAYS TO NOT SABATOGE OURSELVES BY SCREWING UP EVEN MORE WHEN WE SLIP ... WAYS TO MAKE REALISTIC GOALS & SET UP REWARDS WHEN WE REACH THEM ... THINGS THAT HELP US CONTINUE TO SUCCEED, CUES & TRIGGERS ... KEEPING DAIRIES FOR EVERYTHING FROM WEIGHT LOSS, TO FOOD, TO EXERCISE ... TO JOURNALING YOUR TRIGGERS WHEN YOU FALL OFF THE WAGON ... IT WAS VERY INTERESTING.

now...3 pickle spears.. I could spend the whole afternoon stuffing my face. I don't know what it is!!!!

I'm so disgusted and ashamed of myself and my eating habits these last few days....
B: 1/2 cottage cheese w/6 wheat crackers 1/2 cup coffee
S: Hand full of pretzels - 1/2 protein bar
L: Frozen entree (Lasagna)
D: BBQ Pork Chops are planned..
S: Hand full of pretzels
Water: On my second bottle (that's almost 34 ozs)
Vitamins: Yep.. this morning
Exercise: I should be so lucky and motivated...

I'm supposed to be fasting with church but I don't think my body needs that. I fasted on Monday but started eating again on Tuesday. Anyway!
Breakfast: CIB with protein
Snack: nothing
Lunch: tabouleh and hummus pita sandwich and unsweet tea
Snack: nothing
Dinner: no idea!
Water: pretty good so far
Vits: 1/2 in
Exercise: Working out with the devil's brother, Ronnie (my personal trainer).

I'm trying to do Dawn's liquid protein diet this week and have lost 2 lbs. this week. After a 5 month stall, that is HEAVEN.
Breakfast - protein drink (made with water)
Snack - protein bar
Lunch - protein drink
Snack - protein bar
Dinner - protein drink
Snack - Another protein drink before I go to bed
Exercise - going to gym tonight....
vits. - yep
water - yep, lots of it....
Good day for me. Tomorrow I am going to go to a modified liquid protein. I'll eat a salad with protein on it for lunch but do the drinks the rest of the day....hopefully the scale will continue to move for me!
