For when my friends go to the Vit shop tomorrow... Check this Protein Bar out

Hello all. This is my FAVORITE NEW FIND!! http://www.thinkthinbars.com/ I love it. I esp love the pbutter one, and then the white choc one, and the fudge one is 3rd.. but for you chocoholics.. you might like it. Its great. for those that can not tolerate sugar alcohols...beware. But I love this. It is quite filling, so a 1/2 bar may be all you can get in at a time. I still say..... DO THE SHAKE, and this should still be a "in a bind" opt.... and I still say.... get your protein from food.... but hey...... 'this is MY OPINION..... go by your doctor...... go by what YOU think... and go by "your gut" I know that a lot of people are not big "Oprah" fans..... but she wrote something once that I have always loved and it has sorta stuck in my head...... and it said.....(and this deserves its own line..) "when in doubt...... "Stick with your GUT INSTINCT, because your gut always knows best" ok... that may not be verbatim.... but it is pretty much what the gist of what she was saying...... and it is true...... we all know what is right and what is wrong for "us" and the bottom line is..... no one call truly tell us what we should do. Yes, a Dr. can tell us "medically" what we should be doing..... but we all have common sense, and we all should follow our common sense. "I love all of us, and can't wait to hug you all one day....." J. xo PS... If they do not have this at the Vit shop... they have them online, or at different places..... not sure if you have these two grocery stores in SC.... Whole Foods & Trader Joes? We have them here in MA. I'd mail them to you, but they'd be all melted by the time you got them..... nighty night!

(in case you are wondering 'how the heck does the think thin place mail them if I can't ..... well.... i think they can use a freeze pack, or they use dry ice or something, which I don't have .......) ...... lol just so you know..... xo

ASKED MS CAROL TODAY (at The Vitamin Shoppe) & THEY USED TO SELL "THINK THIN" PROTEIN BARS BUT DON'T ANY LONGER. SO, IF YA WANT THEM, IT LOOKS LIKE ONLINE IS THE BEST OPTION. I THINK I SAW A TRADER JOE'S BEING BUILT ON ASHLEY PHOSPHATE NEAR THE RAILROAD TRACKS/CEMETERY ... I JUST CAUGHT THE SIGN OUT OF THE CORNER OF MY EYE AS WE WERE DRIVING BY, SO I COULD BE MISTAKEN. "near the railroad tracks and by the cemetary" sounds soooooo southern....... ok... incidentally I did place an order last night.... after 2 glasses of wine. and they did add 3 new flavers. a pbutter caramel and a choc rasberry so I will let 'y'all' know how they taste.........(did you like my southern drawl there....... "y'all" ?????) I AM LEARNING!!!!! LOL beware..... I am on my way and the south will never be the same.... and the north won't either.... ------without me. buh bye north!!
