I have been nauseated most of the day. I have had water but mostly ice. And a popcicle. We went to taco bell and I ate the inside of a beef meximelt. It was good but made me feel sick again. Thats it for me.....

Ladies, I think the honeymoon is over! I'm starting to experience HUNGER!!! I've had the munches today. I gave into temptation!! Breakfast: Peaches with whip cream On the way to work: Starbucks skinny latte Snack: Pure Protein bar Lunch: 1 c. wendy's chili, 3 packs of saltines, a few peaches (My pouch must be huge!) Snack: Pack of Crackers Snack: Popcorn Dinner: Lean Gourmet Did great with water... No Exercise...got distracted by surprise "Booty Call" when hubby got home from work. Too tired to exercise!!! Too many feedings...I know...Man, I gotta stop with the munches!!!!!

good idea! glad u didnt ask yesterday when i had that frosty breakfast: pure protein banana creme shake 35 gm of protein lunch: 2 pieces of chicken tenders from bojangles.. couldnt eat anything else with it ek dinner: Salad with diced ham on it vitamins: Check water: so-so not alot exercise: just chasing my kids tonight lol Jen p.s. i really noticed lately i cant eat alot again.. not that i dont WANT to eat, but its getting to make me feel sick WAY early now. hope its not a bad sign of things to come I was enjoying being able to eat my meals! lol

Well, today was a work day, so no snacks or 5 meals. For breakfast I had one boiled egg, one of the small tiny containers of low fat cottage cheese with a fruit cup of diced peaches in fruit juice. I also had my protein drink. For lunch I had a small baked potato with cheese, olives, jalapeno peppers, and mushrooms. Supper was left overs from Cracker Barrell, roast beef, greenbeans that was swimming in grease, and one small baby carrot. I'm paying dearly for the greasy GB's, I feel sick to my pouch, lol. and will probably have the running trots later. I have drank 2 pints of water, one cup of skim milk with my protein mix and now I'm sitting here drinking plain coffee, feeling crappy, and since I'm still not fond of coffee, I'm not really enjoying it at all. I haven't had much protein, but will for the next 5 days that I am off work. I have got to get my weight loss going again, been stalled for several days . I hope this helps, writting down what I have and seeing it in black and white. Dr. Bour is going to chew about 20 pounds off my ass if I don't get this weight off. Mary

Boy, I feel like I eat too much after reading this. Here goes..... Protien shake on the way to work 10:00 1 pkg. oatmeal lunch - 1/2 ham & cheese on rye (only ate one-half of the one-half bread) mixed green salad dinner - salad followed by shrimp and grilled veggies (from Yokosos) snack - sugar free jello w/sugar free cool whip Water - at least 80 ozs. Vitamins - check Exercise - nope....gonna get back with it though!

Mine is truly a confession. Breakfast - bite of caramel candy bar then mocha protein shake snack protein bar lunch protein bar - I know too many bars, but I was really busy snack - skinny latte before class Dinner - beef chili with cheese. I think I can eat WAY TOO MUCH TOTALS Calories i am afraid 840, maybe more protein - 76 grams Carbs, I'm scared to count

Breakfast: Cup of coffee and 1/2 packet weight control oatmeal Lunch: 1/2 Zaxby's Chicken Zalad (I'll eat the other half for lunch on Thursday!) Dinner: 1/2 cup Taco Meat with grated cheese and about 5 tortilla chips with a glass of red wine. 1 Bottle of water

Good idea, Kathy! I need to stay accountable. Breakfast: CIB with 1 1/2 scoops protein Lunch: 1 hardboiled egg Snack: 1/4 cup strawberries Dinner: grilled cheese sandwich and about 1/2 cup beef & vegetable soup Only about 42 oz. water. Took my vitamins though! I have got to get in the habit of taking them every day. Susan P.S. - there is a reason I didn't eat much - I had a root canal on Tuesday and can't eat anything hard.
