THE 1st MONTH IS A BEAR, MS MELANIE ... FOCUS ON YOUR FLUIDS & A GOOD-QUALITY, SPECIALLY-FORMULATED VITAMIN/MINERAL SUPPLEMENT LIKE OPTISOURCE CHEWABLES FROM WALGREENS OR VISTA VITAMINS WHICH YOU CAN GET OFF THEIR WEBSITE. ALSO, BE SURE TO TAKE SUBLINGUAL (melts under your tongue) B-12!
HAVE YOU TRIED PROTEIN PUDDING? I USED THESE FOR MONTHS (STALLONE BRAND FROM THE VITAMIN SHOPPE) & STILL HAVE ONE EVERY NOW & THEN. I THINK THERE WERE 4 FLAVORS BUT, OF COURSE, I LOVED THE CHOCOLATE BEST! THEY GO DOWN VERY EASY. I LIVED ON THEM.
AS FOR ADDING TO YOUR FLUIDS ... I USED SF POPCICLES CUZ THE COLDNESS HELPED SOOTHE MY POUCH ... I STILL USE HOOD CARB COUNTDOWN MILK BEVERAGE FROM WAL*MART OR PUBLIX FOR MY MILK BEVERAGE ... &, I'D TAKE THOSE TEENY COOKED SHRIMP & BLEND THEM UP IN MY MAGIC BULLET & ADD IT TO CAMPBELL'S SHRIMP SOUP. ON THE OTHER HAND, THE WARMTH HELPED MY POUCH AS WELL.
