Very Annoyed

Tanya, I am very sorry to hear about the hold up for you. Honestly, I had no problems with anyone in Dr B's office. I had everything done from initial appointment to approval from insurance within a month. I am not sure why there is such a hold up for you. I know that this will probably not help, but just try and take a deep breath. There good be another reason for the hold up. What I mean is, maybe it is not meant for you to have the surgery just yet. I will definitely keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Good luck!

Well it hasn't been a month yet so I still have 2 weeks or so to go. Tri Care is my insurance and it's not them holding me up it's Lisa because she's not sending everything in that they require. I could've already been approved by now if she would've done her job correctly the first time.
