OMG, I am in pain...
Most of the leg pain has eased off by today, tuesday. I am very in tuned to my body about limitations. I am always more worried about my back than anything else. I think what the problem was, that I had not worked my muscles in so long, they had to wake up. Just doing squats with no weights was alot for my poor legs. I have lost so much muscle. This morning I got up at 4:45 and got the kids set and got ready and went to the gym. I walked on the treadmill for a while, and did some light weights for my arms. That was it. The lady at the desk was telling me how she thought I should have been in there through the week end. I told her listen, I am not coming for you or anyone other than me, I know my body. If I can't hardly sit down to pee or get in the truck or even walk, what makes you think I am going to make myself come into the gym? The last thing I want, is to end up in the hospital, things have gone so smooth so far. I do think that trainer is a bit gun ho, but I tend to not want to seem like the weenie, so I push myself to far sometimes, then pay for it later.
I am so glad Ms Dawn, that you keep me in check. I have learned so much from you and your experiences.
