April 21st, Sat meeting

On April 21st, Carol at The Vitiman Shoppe is doing something special for us. She is holding a day where she will have samples of protein and other stuff there, a speaker on working out and other yummies. She will post it on the board and I will also try to help coordinate things so everyone knows what is happining. Carol had WLS surgery several years ago and proudly keeps her before and after pictures in the store. She also has a $10.00 off coupon in the store off of $40.00 or more just for bypass people. They are really great there. I hope everyone uses their services for all of the proteins and shakes we need. Deb

I am always looking for a little sumpin sumpin for my sisters (and you too Eddie). I hope all of the up state gang can come down that day too. Maybe we can plan a Charleston beach trip or something that day. I'll think up something. Any ideaa? I'm just not sure of the time yet. Deb
