Hi, just wanna introduce myself

Hi I am from ladson sc but moved to charlotte, nc 7 years ago. Yesterday I moved back to Ladson. I thought I'd stop by the sc board and introduce myself since I'm back home. My name is Kay and I had surgery on January 13th, 06. I have lost a total of 200 lbs. since surgery and a grand total of 262 lbs. I feel great!!! I keep my OH journal pretty current so if you wanna know about me, feel free to read it. The biggest thing I'm gonna miss in nc is the support group I attended. What groups in charleston do you guys attend?? I look forward to being a part of this new board! Kay 450/388/188/175

Hi Kay and welcome. We have a group we call the LCBBs (Lowcountry Bypass Buddies) that meets on Thursday nights from 6:00 until around 7:30ish. We are currently meeting at the Pizza Inn on Rivers Avenue (not far from you). It is a great group of people...very informal. We order the child's buffet for $2.40, so it isn't expensive...or just order a drink if you want. Hope you can come. Would love to meet you. Susann

Hi Kay and Welcome back Your weight loss is awesome Congrats Come to a LCBB meeting, and this coming from someone who hardly shows up. But they are great and so much fun. If you are free next weekend, we are all heading to Myrtle Beach to meet with the Upstate Ladies, you should try and come even if it is for the day. Julie

Hi Kay, glad to have you back home. There's no place like Carolina (I think it's us girls that make the place HOT). We have a great support group that meets on Thursday nights and we'd love for you to join us. Our Myrtle Beach trip is coming up next week end at the Landmark Resort.
