Tri Care People "HELP"

Ok I've been checking the Tri Care website non stop since last Thursday. Earlier today is said "P" for pending and now it says ? error. I called Tri Care and they said they did not receive my packet with my "Clinicals" (height, weight, BMI, weight loss attempts, and comorbs) so therefore it was NOT approved. I turned in a letter that Dawn was nice enough to help me write and Dr Morgan told me Thursday they would not be using that letter. I was all excited thinking ok tomorrow I'm going to see an "A" for approved but now I'm let down and in a slump. I'm off to take Calvin to karate so hopefully when I come home later tonight someone have some good advice for me.

This is what I was telling you about. MUSC just forgot part of the packet. Call them tomorrow, raise cain, tell them to fax the clinical packet ASAP. Its just that tricare needs that signed Dr sheet with your height, weight, and mostly BMI. Don't panic, its just a little more time that it will take

you have to pretty much stay on their asses over there. I wouldn't stress too much though tricare is super fast st taking careof these things .. Once they Finally got my paperwork it was approved the same day.

have your PCM on base fax it to tricare ,My PCM sent it to tricare for me good luck tricare is fast when you get all the right paper work done

I would but they said it had to come from Dr Morgan. No one else. I left a message for Lisa to call me back ASAP so I'm hoping that she will call me back in the morning with some good news. I will fill ya in as soon as I know something. Thanks for all you're help ladies I really appreciate it.

Lisa called me back this morning and said she was faxing everything back over this morning. She assured me EVERYTHING would be sent this time and told me that Tri Care is fast with approving so I should know something by tomorrow or Friday.

my fingers are crossed.... I been going to bed saying over & over till I fall alseep ( I will be approved ) lol.... can't hurt to try.. mine as of today still shows Error (invalid status code)
