First Support Group Tonight

I am attending my first support group tonight at Dr Bours office, I think its the psychological one? Can someone tell me what to expect?

youll just sign in, and then go in and sit down and dr russell will get up there and talk and open the floor and let you ask questions or what not. i think im going to facilitate a pre-op group there this month sometime.. lacey is supposed to let me know when.. so you can sit back and make funny faces at me! its really laid back in our group but not so much in pre-op because everyone has pre-surgery jitters and are freaking out. but its fun! Stick around a few extra minutes and say hey to us! and of course go out to eat with us after at pannera bread co!!!! jen

The pre surgery schedule online says its the chef for you guys. WOo hoo!! You should expect to have your jaw dropped and drooling the entire time. Hopefully, if you can concentrate, you will be able to get some pointers on healthy ways to prepare food before and after surgery. Please come and meet us after the post op meeting at Panera Bread.
