Hey everyone! I need help with some stuff please. First I have not lost but 2 pounds ish in about 3 months, feel like a slack a**. WTF is what I am saying to myself. I go for my 9 month Friday with Dr. Bour and I am deathly afraid of what He and Katie will say. 2nd is anyone bringing clothes tonight, I need a wardrobe for the beach...lol? 3rd my d@*n cat peed on my daughters brand new mattress and I cannot afford right now to rent a steam cleaner, but wondered if anyone had one that I may borrow, I would take very good care of it. Both of us are germphobic and it is freaking us out that there is pee in the new mattress. I am trying to wean off my wellbutrin and that is not going so well , but I am still taking my Lexapro ( my lifesaver) although I forgot to take this am because of the above mentioned cat peeing incident. Not starting out to be a good week at all. If my dughter goes to sign language class I cannot meet you all tonight after the meeting because I will hae to pick her up at 7:30 . uggghhh! ;-S Is Patti stressing??? oh heck yes!

Thanks Rachel and Melissa, I appreciate it! I do need some time with you guys, it makes me feel better. I am glad the Wellbutrin is helping you! I am trying t wean, our costs with ins has gone up and it is hard to afford both and I know I cannot go off Lexapro, so we shall see. I am not sure about the % thing. I know it is supposed to slow but not crawl. I guess I am doing something wrong. I just can't handle them fussing at me like they did to mary, I may loose it! Patti

I just got on Wellbutrin due to all the DRAMA in my life right now. So far, it has been good. Hey, if it makes me able to function during the day. I love it!!! 1st - how much weight have you lost and is it 75% of your excess weight. Dr. Bour looks at percentages. I understand that you don't lose as much after 6 weeks. Remind me of that in a few months when i am freaking out Sorry about the cat peeing on your daughter's new mattress!! That sucks. I don't have a steam cleaner. Sorry I hope to see you tonight. Rachel

Patti, I met you at the last post op meeting, I was the one who asked for a Avon book. I have a steam cleaner you can borrow and I live in Mauldin. I will be at the meeting tonight. Let me know if you want me to bring it with me. Hope this relieves at least a little stress. Colleen

I would love to borrow it. I drive a Mustang, do you think it will fit in my car, and sure if you think it will fit I will be at the meeting tonight. Thank you so very much! Patti

I have discovered this awesome thrift store in Charleston. I have been randomly buying even if it won't fit because 99 cents for a liz claiborne dress, I can't not buy it. So I'm bringing a little box full of random clothes to the beach to share. I hope things get less stressful. I had better take my zoloft now Mary

Patti, sorry to hear about the stall. I feel your pain. I do not know about the steam cleaner but I have some suggestions about the cat. First, spray the area with a mixture of vinegar and water. That will help to get the odor out. If not the cat will keep going back there to pee. Next, you may want to get him/her to the Vet, it may have a UTI. Is the cat fixed? Like dogs, cats like to mark their territory, especially the males. If he/she is not fixed, then I would look into it. If money is an issue, the SPCA usually has a spay/neuter clinic where you can get it done for a fraction of what your vet would charge. My friend had this same issue with her female cat who was fixed and it turned out to be a UTI. I hope this helps. Julie

Julie, Thanks for the tips, I am just beside myself with that...She has been fixed, I think she is just po'd. She and the dog do not get along and she is somehow getting back at us. I will try that tonight. patti

Patti: Not sure if it will fit, it's kinda big - I can drop it off to you - not a problem. We'll work it out tonight. Have a good day. Colleen
