PLEASE CONTINUE PRAYING FOR MY FRIEND DEBRA J
My friend Debra J is at Baptist in Columbia. She is in need of prayer for healing. I don't want to go into all the details, but please continue praying for her. Right now, pray for all of her body systems to function properly and that infection be gone from her body.
Her problems do NOT stem from her GBS on 2-22, but thank God, Dr. *****ett is her surgeon and he and his team are wonderful. Just keep on praying. Keep on speaking life, not death. Keep on thanking God that she will live and not die and declare the wondrous works of the Lord.
Thank you for praying! Debby
Thanks. THANK GOD FOR DR. *****ETT (and all the caring professionals at Baptist). His care of Debra has been so thorough and God's hand on earth. THANK GOD FOR NEW FRIENDS ON THIS BOARD, who are holding up a sister they didn't know they had. She will see the goodness of God in the land of the living. I pray God's blessings back to you for taking the time to rally to her support.
Her fever broke about 1 am, but she has a long path ahead of her. But she is not alone. She is the most thankful and appreciative person I know, and I can see her when she hears about what you all are doing for her, with tears rolling down her face saying, "Thank you for praying for me."
I love you all. Debby
Heavenly Father,
We come to you today on behalf of Debra. Lord, you know her situation...and you knew the outcome before she was even formed. We are thankful that this is all in YOUR control...that YOU are the ultimate Physician who decides whether she needs to stay here...or is predetermined to be elsewhere...and even more thankful that things are not left up to us for us to try to handle on our own.
Lord, we pray for COMPLETE healing for Debra. We pray for infection to leave her body, and for complete restoration if it is Your will. We pray that this situation will bring Debra...and those that come in contact with her...closer to you. We pray that this situation will bring glory to you....no matter what the outcome. We know that no matter what the earthly doctors may say...that YOU are the ultimate Physician...and decider of all things. We also know...that your ways are mysterious...and though we don't understand them...we have to trust you in all things.
Lord, we ask that you guide Dr. *****ett's hands...as well as those who are working for him. We also ask...that you be with Debby as she supports her friend. Give her the strength she needs to be there for her friend.
In Jesus' name....
AMEN!!!!
