Hey girl, you look great!!! I can absolutely see the difference already. Keep up the good work. You and I are running about neck and neck with the weight loss. I'm down 47 lbs today. I started at 254 on 1/5/07 (day of the surgery) and today I'm 207. I can't believe the difference in how my clothes feel on me now. My family says that I look great and for once I believe them. Thanks for the website on the protein drink. I'm going to check it out since I have totally been disgusted with all the protein powders and shakes I've tried so far. I've thrown away so much money trying to find something that works, I pray this stuff feels good going in and taste at least tolerable going down. I'm so proud of the changes you've made and the weight you've lost. Keep up the good work! Robin
