Hey Jamie....I don't know the answer to you question but I will wait anxiously for someone who does! My problem is that it keeps telling me that my picture is too big! Good luck and hopefully we both can figure this out!! Jodie

You can use Microsift paint. Right click on your photo file and choose "open as" then click on Microsoft Paint. Once it is open you can either use the option under IMAGE "Stretch/Scew" and change the size by percentage OR you can choose "Attributes" and change the file size to 100 x 100 pixels. You can also use photobucket.com. If you upload the photo there, you can edit it and "avatar" is one of the choices. That would get it to a manageable size too. Hope thsi helps. Kathy

If you use a program like Microsoft Office Picture Manager, pull up your picture & find the "resize" option. It's generally under PICTURE on the tool bar. Once you have the picture up, find the option to change the size to EMAIL SMALL 160 X 160 pixels. This will keep the definition of your picture & make it small enough that the website will accept it. Remember to save it as a new file name so you don't lose your original picture. hope this helps! Hellen
