New to the area!
Hi All!
I moved here in January from Virginia. I am looking forward to meeting new friends! I am currently in the middle of a pregnancy with complications...and don't get out much. I am thankful that my hubby recently moved the puter downstairs so I am not so isolated!
It is great to see that a couple of my friends from the Christianity board....Deb and Joan are here! I am looking forward to getting to know everyone!
Have a great day!

Hi Anne!
Small world! I am also a nurse! I will be delivering at St Francis. I have several things going on...and I think everyone is surprised we have kept this baby this long. We lost one last year...and were kind of expecting to lose this one when we found out what was going on. Hopefully...things will calm down soon. I have my big U/S at the end of this month...and hope to get some good news!
Looking forward to getting to know you!
Stephanie

Hi Crystal!
Most docs say to wait 12-18 mo depending on the doc...and the surgery. That being said...I know a girl that got pg a month after her surgery...not on purpose mind you...and went on to have a healthy baby. But...she struggles to get the weight off. There are lots of women on the pg board that have gotten pg 4-6 mo or so post op and have done ok...but it is good that you have waited this long. Our bodies have gone through....and are still going through a marathon of sorts...trying to get adjusted. I hope that you will soon have the baby you long for! Looking forward to getting to know you!

Hi Stephanie,
It sure can be a small world. I have family in VA, and I want to live in SC! I also have family in FL.
I am sorry for your loss and I wish you luck and love with your baby to be and on your new life in SC. Not sure when I will be moving that way.. I am way up north still... but I am sending you a hug and a wave!!
Your photo looks like you are a model! You are very pretty!
