3 Month Check-up

I had my 3 month check up yesterday... all is well! I'm down 55 pounds... Dr R said I was doing great... and I myself can not believe how good I feel. My hips don't hurt anymore.. my knee's dont "pop" when I walk up stairs!!! I have to go back in 3 months for my 6th month check up...
