Oh no....Am I stuck!!
I'm sorry, but I am unable to answer that question!! Because I can't figure it out for myself. I do believe that exercise (daily without fail) is the key....and until I do that, I will stay where I am also!!!
However, you are still early out, so your weight should still keep coming off. Keep up with your exercise, water and protein. Watch your carbs. Just look at it this way...you are about to be normal!!!!!!
I'll be at the gym in the morning.....(now, check back with me tomorrow to see if I did this....HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE!!!).
Hugs,
Dianne

If you go for one day without losing weight after you've had the surgery, you'll never lose another pound. If you gain for one day, you'll keep gaining permanently....
JUST KIDDING!
You already know -- stalling is COMPLETELY normal. As for going up a bit -- remember, to gain a pound of fat, you have to eat 3500 extra calories. Do you really think you've eaten that much extra? Of course not! You could be retaining water, the scales could be off, it could be a million things.
Don't freak about it. Do what you know you need to do.
*hugs*
Lisa

of course you will lose more rachel! u rock
lol.. seriously i just had a 2 mth stall and went up and now down again finally.. so it will come be patient! give it two days i bet its down again.. but yea when i started working out at the gym my weight went up that week.. probably muscle gain and added fluid from the muscles being wore out i would think

Nope, you aren't stuck. Just your body taking abreather.
You look marvelous, really! Even your skin has a "glow" to it. I thought it was only in your pictures, but I noticed it on Monday at the meeting. And that is AMAZING considering the stress you have been under.
You are doing wonderfully. I am proud of you!
Kathy

I am going thru the same thing, I am trying to remind myself that muscle weighs more then fat. Michelle said that if we don't notice weight on the scales we may see it in our clothing. I have only lost 2 lbs and that was last week in the past 2 freaking months and I am trying not to feel like a loser.
Keeping my fingers crossed!
Patti
