Friend's experience

Hi Everyone I have a friend who had RNY with Dr. Byrne last Wednesday. All went well. I called her boss today to get her phone number so I could go visit her at home this afternoon. I was shocked when he told me she was still in the hospital. I called her room, she answered and sounded very chipper. She proceeded to tell me that she had encountered some post-op internal bleeding and had to get 12 units of blood. Isn't that more than we have anyway? She sounds good and is having no discomfort. It's wild, she said she just felt light headed when she stood up and then BAM she was on the floor. All of you say a little prayer for her! Dollie
