Hello and thanks for all the prayers and emails....you are a blessing to me. It is Saturday morning and I am feeling so much better about like normal...I know normal for me may not be normal for others but that is for another time... I continue to take the Prevacid and feel so good. I am able to eat and drink and finally got my vitamins in today. I truly believe it was a small spot like before that was raw and the Prevacid fixed it. Or the LORD healed me either way it was the Lord and His wisdom. Praise God I has the dissolvable ones from before. I did consult with Dr.s S and his nurse and I discussed what to do and I did as she said. So here I am feeling great! God is good! WHat a huge difference to be pain free. I can walk upright again. Thanks again...Joan

Joan, I'm so glad you are feeling better. What was the problem though? Did the Dr say what was causing the pain? I'm asking because for the past 5 days I have had what I think may be very painful gas that just wont pass. I am burping like crazy but still feel like there is a painful ball stuck right above my belly button or under my sternum. I have taken several gas-x chewable tablets and the pepcid my Dr prescribed but they aren't working. It doesn't hurt to eat or drink but once I do the pain gets even worse. I had a BM (sorry if this is too much info) on Thursday but haven't had one since and today is Saturday so I've sent my hubby to the store to get a laxative. I hope that relieves the pain. I haven't called my Dr yet since I have an appointment scheduled for early Monday morning. I just had my second endoscopy done this past Wednesday and they said my stenosis looks good and the hook-up site is not closing back. I just don't think I can handle another complication. This is not what I signed up for . Please let me know if you have any advice on what I should do. Thanks in advance Joan. Robin

My best is advice is to always call your Dr. He knows about you and is the professional. Even though I asked if anyone had gone through what I did, I still called my Dr. And did what he said to do. I will pray for you and for you to be healed. Hope you feel better today. JoanM

So glad you are feeling better Joni!! God is Good, ALL THE TIME!! I called the oncall doc today and he actually was one of the docs who was in on my surgery, which was good, so he remembered my case. He said without seeing the MRI from yesterday, he can't say what it is, but we are starting to say ulcer, because of the pain after all the meals. The Nexium gives me diahrrea so much, so I am not happy about taking that. Anyway, I will film the trailer for the series tomorrow, and if I am still in pain, I will go to the ER tomorrow, but they can't do anything anyway until Monday, so my hope and prayer is to wait at least until Monday/Tuesday so I can see Dr Nguyen. Love you!!! Great, great praise report!! Deb
