I worked out tonight...

I went to the gym tonight. I went back to the gym that I like and I feel so good that I went. Also, I made eye contact with a couple of men! LOL! I know I'm married but if you knew what I have been going through with my self esteem you would be . I think it was because for the first time in my life, I'm looking up and looking men in the eye. Oh gosh..I ain't getting into this...get my drunk one night and you will hear it all. Rachel

Trent and I went to Atlanta Bread Co for lunch today, I had a bowl of french onion with the cheese and crutons on the side (remember I am still in soup stage, now 12 days out). So after I was full, I decided to go get a bowl for dinner or for tomorrow. While at the counter, I started chatting with the fella fixing my soup, he started telling me how his sister had surgery a little over a month ago and that she had already lost over 40+ pounds. I expressed my joy and wishes to her, and then he gave me a few more bowls of soup to take home, (on the house he said) so now I have french onion, tomato and chicken and dumplins with all of the dumplings and chunkie stuff out, only the soup. He even offered to put it in the blender for me. When I got back to the table, Trent shook his head and laughed. He said will you quit flirting and come on. Who me, was I flirting... Hey, it makes you feel good that people aren't afraid to look at you, like they are going to catch fat or something. Deb
