YOUR SKIN WILL OR WON'T SAG DUE TO AGE, THE AMOUNT OF FAT STORED IN ANY PARTICULAR SPOT, THE LENGTH OF TIME THAT AREA HAS BEEN STRETCHED, HOW FAST YOU LOSE WEIGHT IN A PARTICULAR SPOT &&&&& HEREDITY. AS FOR THE SKIN ITSELF, IT'S KINDA YOU GET WHAT YOU GOT. AS FOR THE MUSCLES, YOU CAN ALWAYS IMPROVE THE UNDERLYING STRUCTURE OF ANY PART OF YOUR BODY MAKING YOUR BODY LOOK FIRMER & HAVING A MORE SOLID & BETTER SHAPE.

You unfortunately cannot preven this. Like Dawn said, you can't just exercise away excess skin. Its not as bad as you think, and I had the Lower Body Lift. It was a very intense surgery and recovery, but now I am sooo flat and my muscles are very tight and very sewn up. He did extensive muscle repair, which is caused by gaining weight and having babies, it stretches all out. He also lifted my butt and did some muscle repair back there and on my back muscles too. I learn more and more about what he did everytime I go back.
Its okay, but strengthening the muscles with crunches and so forth is always a good thing.
I did not have a lot of skin at all, and he still got 6 lbs off my body, esp. my back and buttocks area.
I went to Dr Fuentes in Baja, www.cosmedclinic.com I highly recommend them if you don't have insurance that will pay.
