Prayers please

I just got word from back hom ethat my teenage cousin has been shot by the police. It was one shot through the head in his own house in front of the grandchildren (oldest age 4.) They do not know if he is going to make it. I do not know all the details yet, so I am trying not to rush to judgement. From my experience growing up there I can say that the police force has been known to be corrupt (I worked at the police department the summer before I went to college.) I can also say that my cousin has been in and out of trouble for little things since he was about 12. At this time the house is still surrounded and they are not letting anyone in or out, including his mother, brothers or sisters or the grandchildren. His father was probably at work. He is in the ER, but he's stopped breathing once and there is both an entry and exit through the head. Kathy
