how much water is everybody getting
I get well over 100 oz. of fluids most days. At least half of it is plain water. The rest is decaf coffee (which is now considered non-dehydrating) and tea or Crystal Light. Get in the habit of carrying around a bottle of something with you and when it's empty, fill it up or get another one. It's just a habit, and when you've done it long enough, you won't even have to think about it anymore.
When you're upping your calories, make sure it's with nutritious food. When you're taking in so few calories, you need to make every one count. Think of food as gas that you're putting in your" Ferrari" body. It needs Premium and isn't going to win the race if you fill it up with cheap gas. Food and the right amount of it is what helps us lose weight. We all make some choices sometimes that aren't the best, but when I do that for a couple of days in a row, I give myself a kick in the butt and remind myself that I chose this, and I'm so thrilled that I did. I'm not going to get sloppy and eat food that's bad for me. It's just not worth it. Whatever I thought I wanted is gone in a few minutes. It's harder when you get further out, so it's better to not start bad habits early on. At the beginning, you're going to lose something because you're taking in fewer calories than you're burning, no matter what they are. I go back to basics and follow the rules. It really does matter what you put in your mouth if you want to make the most of your rapid weight loss window. You'll always have your tool and you be able to lose, but at a slower rate.
You are looking great!!
Love, B
