The weight keeps rolling off!!!
I am so excited that the weight is still moving!!!
As of today, I am down 118 pounds (185)... As I have been harping on ALL summer, 6 small meals is a "wonder ". In the month that I have put that into place, I have lost 19 pounds. For those of you that are stalling, TRY IT!!

I'm sure you've said this before and I'm sorry I missed it, but could you give me an example at what you eat in you six small meals each day? I eat three smallish meals and three snacks (the snacks are protein supplements or protein bars), but I'm curious as to what yours are like.

a typical day for me goes something like this... Please remember that I "know" certain things about my body- I DO not break down carbs well at all, so I have completely cut those out of my diet. I DO not break down sugars in fruit well at all, so I have eliminated that from my diet, and only indulge once in a while.
6am- 6oz decaf coffee
7am- 1 boiled egg, breakfast sausage or bacon
10am 2oz cucumbers/1oz tomatoes
1pm- 1.5 oz chicken (chicken wing)
2:45- 15 oz water
4:30- 20 water
5:30- 1oz hamburger, 1 oz cucumbers, 1oz tomatoes
7:30- 6 oz decaf coffee
8pm- 1oz porkchop
On this day, I had so much going on that I did not keep to my own rule of no eating after 7 pm, nor did I get in 6 small meals- only 5 but I did eat about every 3 hours. It takes FOCUS to do 6 small meals and enough water, but I keep a journal and detail everything that I eat or drink...

I am going to try it! I notice when I beef up my protein and also add more beef to my diet, I lose more that week. I am hoping to get about 10 more pounds gone...which will put me right at 150. I am bouncing around 160 and 158, so water is the key now, and hard to get in.
You are doing great!!! I am going to be one year on the 24th, so I am still losing!! I just want my body to keep going as far as it will go!
Thanks for the sample diet! Have you thought of adding some skim mozerella to your cukes and tomatoes? I don't do well with pork at all, but love love it, but don't dare eat it! Fatty things make me dump and sugar still.

I am TRYING to get where you are!! You have definitely been my inspiration to keep my butt in gear!!! I can "almost" see me at a normal size.... This morning I pur on some shoes and they were flopping off of my feet- I actually got into a size 7.5- which is WONDERFUL!! for me!!!

Girlfriend!! Way to go!!! Yes, I agree and have tried your suggestion and added my protein like I should and I too have started losing more now. Since yesterday I am down 3lbs so that is total of 73lbs gone forever!! Man just 3- 6oz protein drinks and 75grams protein and I am feeling energy! You are such a role model....did you post any new pics on your profile?
