Last Supper...

Well, I have had my last supper. I went to Fuddruckers and had a Taco salad with beef, heavy on the hot melted cheese...got a fudge brownie with nuts to go brought that home and heated it up and put ice cream on top. I am SO sick of food now. Optifast here I come!!!! I hope all my beautiful out there are having a good week! You all looked so beautiful last night. Pam

What is the Optifast? I'm guessing it is a drink that you have to do before surgery. Is it a powder you purchase? How long do you have to stay on it? (I am new to posting and tried to ask this question before but could not find it, so if you have seen this question before please forgive me.) Judy

Last supper before surgery surely not your last supper im 2.5 yrs out and totally enjoy my food now eat 90% of everything just limited quantities and im feeling so much better about food now.
