WOW weekend

Ladies you have got to do this. I spent Saturday and Sunday mornings with my sister and our children at the beach. It was the best trip ever. No feeling self conscious, no sand in all of my rolls, it was EASY to get up and down. Best of all, it totally wore out my 4 year old. I'm hitting the beach for the rest of the summer Who knew that 172 pounds could be so wonderful. Only 12 more to go to my goal. Mary

I was at the beach, this weekend too. I have not been to the beach in YEARS! Always avoided it. Went to Sears and bought a bathing suit with purple bottoms and like a white and purple circle like pattern top. It was a size 16 and it fit It looks nice on me too. More importantly, it fit I swam, I laid out and I played in the sand! It felt so wonderful to be normal. Who knew that losing 71 lbs. would feel this wonderful and I am only 3 months out!!!!! I AM LOVING LIFE.... Chell

Whoooo hooooo Mary! As much as I love the ocean, my trips there have gotten fewer and farther between as my weight got higher and higher. I am sooooooo looking forward to experiencing the beach again at a NORMAL weight! It'll be better than Christmas, my birthday, and winning the lottery all combined!!! I'm happy for you!! Dawn
