Now you just go ahead and have your last meal and get ready for optifast. 3 weeks is not so bad, your date will be here before you know it! Then we can throw that sweater away! That's great news, I know you are scared, but hang in there. I am in Florence, SC, don't know how far that is away from me, but good luck. What is Optifast? I didn't get this far the first time I was trying to do this a few years ago. Did everyone who has this surgery have to do this. I had a friend who had WLS and she said she did not have to fast before had, do you think she had a different type of WLS. I'm so confused about the different ones. Good luck.

OK here's my $.02...Tomorrow is as good a day as any to start the rest of your healthy, normal weight, exciting, on the go, joyous, wow is that me, I can wear that, I'm looking fabulous, my feet are smaller, I can't believe I was ever that size, my goodness I'm so full off 4 oz. food, I can cross my legs, I have a neck, I need new under clothes, did he whistle at me, sexy, yes, I said SEXY new life!!!
