may have to miss tonight.
I really don't want to though. I have a call into my OB and am waiting to hear back from the nurse there and about to call Dr Byrne's office and talk to them. Seems I can't stop having dizzy spells, even laying down isn't doing anything to help.
IT's the weirdest thing to I can just be laying down, or sitting down and they just come in waves. I"m dizzy then it passes for a minute then I'm dizzy again. Totally odd. Funny thing is I have been feeling great up till I woke up this morning.
My sugar is fine and I have had plenty of fluids so I don't know what else it could be, other than Thiamine or something so I am going to see if I can't get in to see SOMEONE! It may be soemthing as simple as my blood pressure being a tad low, though I wouldn't know what to do about that.
I know I prolly won't have the answer today but I can try. Hopefully if it passes in time I can come out and support Rose but unless they go away as quickly as they appeared I don't think that is going to happen, unless I can wrangle my hubby into driving me out.
Just got back from a visit with the OB... other than them having to search for a good 20 minutes just to fid the heartbeat( yeah that made me feel a lot better NOT) they pretty much told me that they couldn't find any reason for the dizzies. 
My blood pressure was a bit lower than usual 90/50 though she said that it was still normal so she isn't the least bit worried about that. I am just supposed to take it easy and hope it passes and not do too much today.
They never seem to realise that it's so much easier for them to say that than it is to actually do it. 
Granted I am feeling a bit better and the spells seem to be tapering off. Only every 5 minutes or so now rather right after another. 
So if we continue with this current trend then hopefully I should be fine tonite (I HOPE)
